Davenport Residence
This 1970’s passive solar home was remodeled to provide a tighter building envelope with replacement windows, new siding, sheathing, house wrap, wet cellulose insulation and drywall. The existing baths and kitchen were remodeled, new light fixtures added and flooring was replaced with bamboo and tile throughout. A hydronic solar system heats domestic water. New terraced rock walls and perennial gardens compliment the building.
